I recently wanted to start making money online, and looked for introductory
books. There are so many products making crazy claims; it’s dizzying and I
couldn’t tell truth from lies. The rich jerk scam and review articles are
just trying to sell you the rich jerk. Nonetheless, I was intrigued and got
a copy ($49).
The Rich Jerk was eye opening as to the ways to make money online and the
magnitude of money out there. The man is a TRUE genius. He shares some of
his genius with you through case studies that blew me away. He also gives
you step by step directions for some of the ways to make money online.

Should you buy the book? or Is the rich jerk a scam?
You need to understand what the book is and what it is not. The book is a
general introduction to Internet Marketing sprinkled with some guru secrets.
Think about it this way. You are in college majoring in Economics. The first
course you take is introduction to Econ, except with the top world
economist. You get a great introduction to Econ, but also loads of tips and
techniques. Realize though, a general Econ class from the best teacher won’t
make you an economist overnight. Similarly, don’t expect to hit the ground
running without previous experience with marketing and online
technicalities.
If you can afford only one book to get started making money online, this may
not be the book for you. There are easier books that are more specialized
and do more hand-holding. Internet marketing has a learning curve. You need
to buy more than one book on different subjects. Think of it as an associate
degree…and never believe that 15mins of work will give financial freedom.
Once you’ve mastered Internet marketing, you can make a killing in
15mins…but not before.

Conclusion:
For me the rich jerk was well worth the price. It would have taken me
months of research and frustration to learn the same information. And
his invaluable secrets you won’t find anywhere.
If you want to start with internet marketing, the rich jerk is
excellent. I fully recommend you go ahead and buy it. You won’t regret
it. Seeing the pros in action is the quickest way to learn. Moreover,
the secrets there are gold. If you learn nothing else but his killer
writing techniques, it is well worth it. Worst case, you return it and
get your money back. But honestly the book’s value if many times the
price tag. I don’t see anyone returning it.
